Senior Graphic Designer
Introduction
AfriGIS is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dedicated team. This position requires producing design solutions for AfriGIS (internal and external) with high visual impact.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or related) in graphic design
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proven experience in both digital and print design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Experience with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve the Company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual communication.
- Design Sales and Marketing material such as Brochures, User Manuals, Templates and PowerPoint Presentations
- Create engaging digital assets for web, social media, and email marketing campaigns
- Design and oversee the production of print materials, including posters, brochures, user manuals, and promotional items
- Ensure high-quality print production standards are met
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Work closely with the marketing team and other business units to understand requirements and objectives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and receive feedback
- Work on multiple briefs at the same time
